- In 2001, Bistos quickly launched the BT-300 fetal monitor system and acquired ISO9001, EN46001, ISO13485.
- By 2004, they entered into the Japanese market and continued to expanded, developing OEM business with Schiller.
- In 2006, they received SFDA approval for BT-300 & entered into Chinese market. Bistos also acquired FDA approval for BT-200 & BT-300 that same year.
- In 2011, they founded a subsidiary, Bistos America Inc. in the US
